Banxa is a leading FinTech company providing crypto’ payment platforms.

The challenge

During the 2021 bull market, Banxa experienced a crucial period of growth. To keep up with the competition, they urgently needed a new tone-of-voice and site-wide copy refresh.

My role

As the senior copywriter, I had to understand the complexities of this rapidly evolving technology and translate the nuanced benefits to a fledgling audience. 

Liaising with stakeholders, from developers to C-suite was key to delivering a successful project.


Results

The website relaunch allowed Banxa to explain to users exactly what they do, and how to partner with them. The secret to translating the complex subject matter was ensuring the content remained inviting, playful and educational.
